* NIMH, VA, University and Canadian grant review committees, editorial reviewer
* Former President of the Society for the Science of Clinical Psychology

In Education:

* University Professor for 30 years
* Former chair of the Board of Educational Affairs
* Former chair of the Council of University Directors of Clinical Psychology

In Practice:

* Small individual private practice
* Director of Clinical Training for two University programs
* President of state and local psychological associations
