We understand that being accused of sexual misconduct can be a difficult and stressful experience. We want you to know that you are not alone and we are here to support you through this process.

As the responsible party, you have the right to have a support person by your side. The Sexual Misconduct Support Services team (SMSS) is here to provide you with the help and guidance needed while navigating the EOS investigation process.

We know that this is not an easy situation to go through, which is why our team of experts is here to assist you. We can provide you with information about the process and accompany you to any meetings you may have with Equal Opportunity Services.

In addition to this, we can also help you find additional resources and referrals both on and off campus. Your well-being and safety are our top priority, and we can assist you in creating a safety plan if you feel threatened as a result of the accusation.
