Import Animals
The Animal Import Form transfers animals is used when transferring animals from other institutions. After completing the form, the veterinarian of the providing institution will be contacted to send the health records for the selected animals.
The principal investigator will be charged shipping costs plus a 30% administrative fee for shipping arrangements.
The principal investigator is allowed to make shipping arrangements in coordination with ACO. Animal imports into the University of Houston cannot be scheduled for delivery on Friday or after 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
