Career Highlights
Author of more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles, trade articles and book chapters; recipient of a Ford Foundation Diversity Fellowship; recipient of the Gardner Award for the best dissertation in social sciences at Rice University; taught various psychology courses at Rice University before joining Hilton College in July 2008; applied experience in human resource management, including consulting for NASA-Johnson Space Center; recipient of New Faculty Grants and Small Grants Program at UH.
