Graduate Financial Assistance

A graduate education is a wonderful investment in your future. At the University of Houston, we offer numerous opportunities for financial assistance.

Step 1: Use the Tuition Calculator.

Calculate estimated tuition costs via the UH tuition calculator. View College fees and University fees.

Step 2: Fill Out the FAFSA.

Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form to see if you qualify for federal financial aid.

Step 3: Review Other Financial Assistance Opportunities.

The UH Graduate School provides an overview of numerous financial assistance opportunities, including Graduate Student Fellowships for full-time Ph.D. students and Graduate Assistantships (open to master’s and doctoral students).

The College of Education also offers scholarships (the application typically opens in December and closes in late February).
