2010 Undergraduate Research Day

The UH Office of Undergraduate Research and The Honors College conducted the 5th annual Undergraduate Research Day, on October 14 with more than 100 posters representing UH students’ research projects.

There was standing room only in the Elizabeth Rockwell Pavilion at the M.D. Anderson Library as award winner’s names were announced. HHP was proud to have the following undergraduate students display their posters.

We congratulate each of them for their perseverance and achievements, and special congratulations to Yuval Klein for his award-winning poster!

Yuval had this to say about his award winning poster and his research mentor Dr. Simpson:

“It's a great honor to receive this recognition because this poster is a work of an entire summer with Dr. Simpson. I would like to thank Dr. Simpson for allowing me to work with him and to have my first research experience be so successful.”
