UH Mindfulness Meditation
Take a moment to relax. Weekly mindfulness meditation sessions sponsored by the UH Wellness Center are open to everyone. This offering is part of UH Wellness's mission to educate around all dimensions of wellness, and provide a space for emotional and mental development. No experience necessary. Sessions include mindfulness meditation instruction. No pre-registration is required – just show up and join us! Sessions every Thursday from 12 to 1 pm except Nov. 23 (Thanksgiving Holiday).
