Ms Rachel Brownlie joins the Borders Trade and Immigration Institute as the Program Director of Operations. For over 25 years, Ms. Brownlie has worked in non-profit and the public sector, and has substantial experience with executive organizational management, operations and systems development; grants management, administration, evaluation and monitoring; and community organizing.
Ms. Brownlie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Evansville, and has completed all coursework for her Master’s in Urban Planning and Public Administration from the University of Texas-Arlington.
